Information distribution was done in the traditional way by sending bulk emails: the message was broadcast with the hope that it would be read. The opening of a website was seen more as a trend than a response to a real need.

The newsletters are real e-mailings, driven and controlled by an online distribution platform. Distributed regularly, they are the basic communication tool with all our distributors. They provide them with all the information they need about new products and marketing. The opening and click rate of these newsletters are monitored at each distribution in order to optimize their reading.

To facilitate the introduction of social media, I decided to create presentation guides for those on which we will be present. These basic guides insist on the benefits of social media for the daily business. Basic tutorials are also produced.
